convenient location helpful staff fresh breakfast tasty meal
the hotel was close to the seafront, also a short walk to the bus station. this made travel simple. the staff was helpful, ready if i needed anything. the breakfast had fresh ingredients and was tasty with a great amount of food. i ate one dinner in the restaurant, that meal was very tasty.
my room had a slightly worn towel. it was comfortable otherwise.

the hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the ferry terminal. the centre is also nearby. the hotel staff were very good. the managers, gill and fernando, were friendly and helpful (they really made an effort).
there were a limited number of plug sockets in the bedroom. one was for the tv, and one was for the kettle. there were no power points near the bed. the hotel decor is a bit old fashioned and i feel the price i paid didn't match the hotel quality.

a decent stay
helpful staffs nice location noisy road poor shower
the staffs are friendly and helpful. the location is nice, i can easily go to some restaurants by walk. it was good to be close to many places. the room it has good space.
the shower didn't worked very well but the water was hot. the road was noisy if i opened the window. i didn't like that option, so I decided to keep the window close.
